How to Place an Order
To place an order with Sunway Embroidery is quite simple. There are four ways we would like to assist with you to make the ordering process as easy as possible.

- In person
Ordering online is quite simple. Follow the 4 steps below:
- Choose a product 3. Fill in your shipping information
- Add to cart 4. Pay (Using Paypal)
If you encounter any problems during the process, you can just send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service agent will reply to you immediately.
Ordering By Email
For email orders, please include as much information as possible such as: your machine brand if you are ordering hoops, thread color, quantity as well as your billing / shipping address and shipping preference. Our customer service agent will usually respond to your email within 15 minutes. Any questions you may have about any of our embroidery supplies can also be sent via email.
