Order online
Fastest way for one-off orders or smaller quantities. Follow these four steps:
Choose your product
Browse by category or use the search bar to find exactly what fits your machine.
Add to cart
Review your items, adjust quantities, or save favorites to your wishlist.
Enter shipping info
Fill in your shipping address. We’ll calculate delivery time and any tax.
Pay securely
Check out via PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, or PayPal balance).
Order by email
Best for bulk, recurring, or wholesale orders
Email us at info@sunwayembroidery.com with the following info, and we’ll send you a quote — usually within 15 minutes during business hours:
- Your embroidery machine brand and model (essential for hoops and machine parts)
- Product details: item name, size, color, quantity
- Your billing and shipping addresses
- Any shipping preferences (standard, expedited, etc.)
- Whether you’re a wholesale or trade account
