We stock inventory in Toronto, Ontario and New York, USA. Your order ships from whichever location is closest to you — no overseas wait times for our North American customers.

Returns & Exchanges

30-day, no-fuss returns

If a product doesn’t work with your machine, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order. We’d rather help you find the right item than push a wrong one.

How to start a return

Contact us first

Email info@sunwayembroidery.com or call 1-877-689-6802 with your order number and the reason for the return.

Ship it back

We’ll send return instructions. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Get refunded or swapped

Once we receive the return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Exchanges ship the same day.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Our error or defective items: we cover return shipping. No questions asked.
  • Wrong size or change of mind: customer covers return shipping.

Damaged in transit?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll replace the item or refund you — we’ll make it right.

Items not eligible for return

  • Items damaged through misuse or after installation on a machine
  • Clearance and final-sale items (clearly marked on the product page)
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
